Outstanding view & perfect location Positive: The location was perfect. It was only a short walk to the old town and there were plenty of restaurants, shops and a supermarket nearby on Rue St Jean de Baptiste. We can recommend The Hobbit for fabulous breakfasts. The view was outstanding too from tge floor to ceiling windows. The accommodation was quiet too despite overlooking a main road. It was also a good size for our family of 3 and laundry facilities were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and there were nice touches with cushions and throws. Negative: Very little but there were a couple of niggles. The shower head kept sliding down. That was OK for me but my husband and son, who are both tall, struggled a little. The kitchen sink also didn't retain water when we wanted to quickly wash a few dishes rather than use the dishwasher. The furnishings were comfortable but some of them were starting to starting to show their age a bit. Despite this, we would stay here again if we were to come back to Quebec City.

This was a very short walk to the Old City - and - a number of charming restaurants serving an array of tasty food. Par Positive: Great location, clean, neat, great view.

Negative: The shower had no recess area for soap or shampoo

Great place for a QC home base. Positive: Great view. Walkable to almost everything in the older part of QC. Big enough for four adults comfortably. Good AC for humid times. Negative: Only one kitchen knife. No towel racks near the shower. Useless coffee maker. Largest dining plates are dessert size plates. No good lighting for the living room area. Bedroom lights unworking or insufficient. Balcony door handle needs maintenance. Minor things, but TLC needed.

Positive: Bel emplacement avec une superbe vue. Negative: À l'arrivée, il faisait 18ºC dans le condo. Il faisait froid et le chauffage a pris beaucoup de temps à se réchauffer.

Positive: Everything. Just the front desk staff and being able to contact anyone is kinda hard. Other than that it was exceptional! I wish I had booked a longer stay. It was absolutely perfect, very clean, very well thought out design, comfortable furniture, amazing location. Negative: When I was checking in it was impossible to get ahold of anyone. And when I did, he was very confused and misleading. I wasted my entire day waiting in the lobby for my room because I was told it would be just an hour, every hour lol. But other than that service was amazing!!! It’s just my experience because we switched from an Airbnb to this booking, and we said if it was a short wait we might as well wait. Also checking out, no one was at the desk to leave the keys. Maybe you guys should put a mail box at the front desk so we can drop off keys safely. Just an exceptional stay and experience none the less. I was soo happy with everything. Thank you again.

Grande surface, luxueux, bien situé, bien équipé, belle vue. Positive: La vue était magnifique, les lits confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. L'emplacement était à proximité à la marche des nos intérêts, nous n'avions pas à utiliser la voiture. Negative: Nous avons été surpris de constater qu'il n'y avait pas de bac distinct pour la récupération. C'est plus facile à trier lorsqu'il y a des bac séparés. Il n'y avait qu'une petite poubelle pour tout le logement qui s'est vide rempli. De plus, dans la salle de bain, il n'y a pas suffisament d'endroits ou l'ont peu accroché les seviettes mouillées. Lorsqu'on est plusieurs, le support présent est vite débordé. Le prix est quand même très élevé, mais la qualité était au rendez-vous
